Battlefield 1’s life cycle is nearing an end as DICE and EA are now gearing up to launch the next game in the series, Battlefield 5. However, there is a promised addition to the title that many Battlefield 1 fans have been waiting for. The Battlefield 1 Xbox One X support will be included in the upcoming summer patch for the title.
A big new summer patch is being developed for Battlefield 1. It’s going to bring several new additions to the title including the long-awaited Xbox One X support. It will finally enable the title to take full advantage of the enhanced power offered by Microsoft’s most powerful gaming console.
Fans of this title have long requested DICE to add support for the Xbox One X so that they can get an even better gameplay experience courtesy of the more powerful internals inside this console. The title already takes full advantage of the PlayStation 4 Pro’s advanced hardware so Xbox One X owners have understandably been feeling left out.
EA and DICE haven’t confirmed as yet when this summer update is going to be released for the game. They haven’t mentioned what other improvements will be included in the big summer patch as well. DICE will probably reveal these details in a live stream that it has planned for later today.
